Can't sign in?

If you forget or don't have access to your Gabflix email or password, you can reset your password.

If you use Facebook to sign in, follow the steps in Can't sign in to Gabflix with Facebook.

If you know your Netflix account email and password but can't sign in, follow the instructions that apply below.

If you see this error when trying to sign in with an existing account:

1. Visit gabflix.com/loginhelp.
2. Select I don't remember my email or phone and fill out the form.
   If you don't see this option, it means that account recovery by billing information isn't available in your region.

If you're billed through another company or get Gabflix as part of a package, search the name of the service provider in the Gabflix Help Center. Select the related billing article and go to the section "I’m having trouble signing in to Gabflix."
